Sometimes the practicalities need to be in place before you book. Therefore, here you can find the practical things you often want to keep track of before ordering your next gastronomic experience.
What do I do if there are any allegories? 
We always want to take into account any allergies that may be. To ensure the best experience we must be aware of any allergies no later than one week before your dinner.
What kitchen facilities are required?  
There must be basic and well-functioning kitchen facilities. Meaning that there must be access to a functioning oven (and associated plates), stove, fridge/freezer space, and a workplace that fits the company size.
We want to buy the wine menu, but how does it work?
We understand that you want to create the perfect evening and buy one of the wine menus. We customized our wine menus in correlation with our other menus. Therefore, we will send you the correct and adapted wine menu relevant to your particular event. The wine menus are made in collaboration with trained summer lovers. In case there are individuals or parts of your party, who cannot enjoy the wine menu, we offer a homemade juice menu as a replacement.
How long will it take? 
The dinner takes between 3 & 6 hours. You can expect us to arrive a minimum of 1-3 hours before the event, depending on whether you want us to set the table too. After the last serving, it takes us approximately 30 minutes cleaning and tidying up after ourselves, leaving the kitchen as shiny as we received it. And you are not left with anything but good memories.
When should the payment be made? 
The form and time of the payment depend on the size of your company. Events under 15 people, we forward you an invoice after the dinner. Events over 15 people require a prepayment of 50% of the final amount.
